Exhibitors
PAID EXHIBIT SPACE will be in the "prefunction area" outside the Denton A. Cooley Auditorium where the symposium will be held, adjacent to the registration area. The Thursday evening reception, Children's Art Exhibition, and Friday's continental breakfast, breaks, and lunch will be held in this area as well, offering excellent visibility for exhibitors. The exhibit fee is $500.
Exhibits will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis based on the availability of space. All paid exhibitors will receive a draped table and two chairs. In addition, exhibitors will be listed on the web site, on signage at the symposium, in the syllabus, and elsewhere as feasible. It is preferred that exhibitors set up between 4:00 and 6:00 pm, before the reception which begins at 6:00 pm. Exhibits may remain overnight; if desired locked storage is available. Exhibits should be dismantled between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm on Friday, March 16. Preferential exhibit placement will be given to exhibits that will remain in place the entire time.
FREE EXHIBIT SPACE will be available for approximately 10 nonprofit community groups. This exhibit space will be in a room adjacent to the symposium auditorium. Signage will be provided to direct guest to the nonprofit exhibit room. Nonprofit exhibit space is limited and will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Please note that registration to the symposium is not included for exhibitors. Exhibitors must register separately for the symposium. See the Support page for other options.
Space is limited, so please hurry and reserve your spot. ALL exhibitors must fill out and return an Exhibitor Agreement Form (PDF or word document).
Please contact Dr. Winifred Hamilton (hamilton@bcm.edu, 713-798-1052) for more information. We look forward to your participation!
